We’re thrilled to announce the return of a kick-off dinner and rally that will take place on Friday, April 4 at 6pm at Abundant Life Community Church. Everyone is invited and welcome! You’ll have the opportunity to come together with other volunteers and project partners to pray over our projects, have dinner that is provided, hear about each project, and have the opportunity to sign-up for the project that speaks to your servants heart.

Join us on Wednesday nights during Lent as we dive deeper together into our study of The Ruthless Elimination of Hurry by John Mark Comer. All ages are welcome to join us for a simple soup and bread dinner together at 5:30 and our groups and study time will start after the meal. Books are available to purchase in the lobby for $10 along with sign-ups for people to bring soups.

Emotionally Healthy Spirituality

A road map for discipleship with Jesus that is powerfully transformative.

Peter Scazzero learned the hard way: you can't be spiritually mature while remaining emotionally immature. Even though he was the pastor of a growing church, he did what most people do--avoid conflict in the name of Christianity; ignore his anger, sadness, and fear; use God to run from God; and live without boundaries.

Eventually God awakened him to a biblical integration of emotional health and the spiritual practice of slowing down and quieting your life for to experience a firsthand relationship with Jesus. It created nothing short of a spiritual revolution in Scazzero, in his church, and now in thousands of other churches.

We will begin the evening together as one large group to watch the video and then break into separate small groups of men & women.

Please join us for the adult Sunday school class at 10:30 in Ryosa Hall.  We meet for an hour and will each week be studying and discussing the current sermon topic from that day.

As we have been digging into the Emotionally Healthy Spirituality book, we wanted to offer an opportunity to study and discuss Genograms.  A genogram allows us to look at family trees in a way that gives information about family members and their relationship’s over 2 to 3 generations. We will look at the Genogram as a tool for healthy discipleship.

Join us at 4:30 for a time of singing carols together in the fellowship hall. After that, we will enjoy a potluck meal and then we will split up into groups to sing carols around our community. After singing we will all come back to church to enjoy treats and share about our times of caroling together.

In partnership with Kare Krisis Nursery, we present our annual Santa’s Shoppe!

Children can come shop for Christmas presents for their parents, grandparents, siblings and furry friends. Bring your list of up to 6 items. Parents are invited to come relax while your children shop.

This event is for children in our community ages 3 to 10 years old. Please pray that the event blesses each family involved.
