Choral Program - The combined choirs continue to present special music on the first Sunday of each month and for special services such as Maundy Thursday, Easter, and occasionally at other events.

The Praise Choir also continues to sing occasionally at the 10:30 service. Rehearsals are Wednesday nights at 6:00. Choir rehearsals for 9:00 worship are on Thursday nights at 7:15. Ensembles such as Renaissance and a mixed ensemble also sing regularly.

Handbell Program - The Bells of the Sierra, directed by Gordon Pipkin, rehearses Thursday evenings at 5:15 and prepares musical offerings about once a month for the 9:00 service and special occasions. The choir has 12 members.

There is a good chance the Handbell Choir will have an opening for a new ringer this year. If you can read music, even a little and have an interest or are curious about this music group, Gordon will give you an opportunity to try it out – to experience holding a bell in each hand and learn some basic techniques with no one around to watch and listen. We rehearse on Thursdays from 5:15-6:30 pm. Just contact Gordon Pipkin at or talk to him at church. Don’t wait!

10:30 Worship Band - The worship band is under the direction of Jonathan Steel. Rehearsals are on Wednesday nights following Praise Choir rehearsal. Vocalists and instrumentalists serve on a rotating basis.

Sierra Worship Arts Team - S.W.A.T. oversees the various aspects of Sunday morning worship and special services, from creative ideas to the technical issues to make them happen. Members of the team consist of Worship Leaders, Tech Team Members, Drama Team Members and Sanctuary Decor Members. We are currently looking for a SWAT Clerk
